Rental Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of transport services provided by Gurunanak Transport Services.

1. Service Agreement

  • • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation
  • • Services are provided on the agreed date, time, and route
  • • Any changes to the booking must be communicated 24 hours in advance
  • • The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop locations

2. Payment Terms

  • • 25% advance payment required at the time of booking confirmation
  • • Remaining balance to be paid before commencement of service
  • • Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond 30 minutes
  • • Toll charges, parking fees, and interstate permits are customer’s responsibility

3. Vehicle Usage

  • • Vehicles must be used only for passenger transport, not for goods
  • • Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside vehicles is strictly prohibited
  • • Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded
  • • Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the customer

4. Liability & Insurance

  • • All vehicles are covered under comprehensive insurance
  • • Company’s liability is limited to the extent of insurance coverage
  • • Personal belongings are the responsibility of passengers
  • • Medical emergencies will be handled as per standard protocols

Cancellation Policy

Our flexible cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers.

Cancellation Timeline

24+ Hours Before

Full refund of advance payment

12-24 Hours Before

75% refund of advance payment

6-12 Hours Before

50% refund of advance payment

Less than 6 Hours

No refund applicable

Emergency Situations

  • • Medical emergencies: Case-by-case evaluation for refund
  • • Natural disasters: Full refund or rescheduling without charges
  • • Government restrictions: Alternative dates offered or full refund
  • • Vehicle breakdown: Alternative vehicle or full refund

Rescheduling Policy

  • • Free rescheduling if done 48 hours in advance
  • • One-time rescheduling allowed within 30 days of original booking
  • • Subject to vehicle availability on the new date
  • • Price difference applicable if new date has higher rates
